■ Main features
A foot controller that can control almost all music-related hardware devices / software with one unit. Equipped with 5 foot switches, up to 2 expression pedals can be connected.

Connection with other devices is possible not only with USB cable, MIDI cable, TRS cable, but also wireless connection by Bluetooth.
Not only data and MIDI commands, but also HID commands equivalent to computer keyboards can be handled.
If you use the foot switch terminal, you can also switch channels for guitar amplifiers that do not have MIDI functions.

AIRSTEP is powered by the built-in rechargeable battery and does not require an external power supply.
The main unit is equipped with 5 foot switches, and by adding AIRSTEP Lite, 5 more foot switches can be expanded wirelessly.

There is a dedicated app that you can download for free, so you can easily set all the functions. It also has a wealth of online presets that can be loaded into the console with a single click.

[Comprehensive MIDI function]
AIRSTEP has a very powerful MIDI control function.
Through the standard 5-pin MIDI jack, USB-C jack, and Bluetooth MIDI interface, you can control anything related to MIDI, whether it's hardware or software.
All input MIDI messages can be transferred to any MIDI output. For example, if you connect a regular MIDI controller to AIRSTEP's 5-pin or USB MIDI input, you can transfer it to a Bluetooth output. In other words, AIRSTEP will be able to make traditional MIDI controllers wireless.

[HID command equivalent to a computer keyboard]
A HID command is a message sent from your computer keyboard.
AIRSTEP can also be used as a "wireless keyboard at your feet".
If you want to watch YouTube lesson videos, watch sheet music, copy songs, or record in a DAW while playing the guitar, manual operation is indispensable, but with AIRSTEP, your hands are free. Will be.
If you can control the camera switching app at your feet, it is not a dream to distribute it by yourself.

[As a conventional foot switch]
AIRSTEP can also be used as a conventional footswitch for controlling amps and pedal effectors equipped with a footswitch (TRS) input jack.
Equipped with two TRS output terminals, you can control up to four devices with foot switch (TRS) input terminals.
It can be used as a powerful footswitch that can control amp channel switching, pedal toggle function, tap tempo, and even keyboard instrument sustain function.

[5 foot switches and 5 wireless foot switches]
The five foot switches on the main unit can send up to eight different messages to the specified output terminal (including Bluetooth) at the same time.
Any combination of MIDI, HID, and traditional footswitches is possible.
In addition, there are three types of trigger actions: "depress", "release", and "hold down" the pedal.
It is possible to assign different output messages to each action. For example, you can switch the delay type by pressing the foot switch briefly, and change the preset by pressing and holding the same foot switch.

[About AIR STEP Lite]
AIRSTEP Lite is a light version that omits all physical control terminals and allows only Bluetooth to be used.
You can connect to your smartphone, tablet, or computer via Bluetooth to control the software, but not the controls that require a physical connection to the hardware.
AIRSTEP Lite can be used alone or as a wireless extended footswitch for AIRSTEP.
You can pair AIRSTEP with AIRSTEP Lite and use AIRSTEP Lite to wirelessly control devices that are physically connected to AIRSTEP.
For example, it is even possible to make the channel switching of the amplifier wireless.

[AIR STEP dedicated app]
A free dedicated app that can be used on iOS / Android devices is available.
All AIRSTEP parameters can be edited with a dedicated app via Bluetooth.
In this app, you can view various states such as the function of each foot switch, the contents of each preset, the battery status, and you can edit all the parameters and save them as presets.
The app comes pre-loaded with a huge number of online presets that control most hardware devices and software. You can send and save 5 frequently used presets from the app on the AIRSTEP main unit.

[USB HOST function]
In this mode, AIRSTEP's USB interface works like a USB port on your computer.
Many hardware effectors only have a USB port that can only be controlled by a computer. However, you can add a footswitch by using AIRSTEP.
You can also connect a USB-connected MIDI controller to AIRSTEP. This makes it possible to convert MIDI messages from the controller to Bluetooth and make them wireless.

[MIDI trigger function]
All AIRSTEP MIDI inputs, including 5-pin MIDI jacks, USB, and Bluetooth, can receive up to eight specific MIDI messages.
When these specific messages are received, the preset messages are triggered and sent.
For example, you can connect a typical MIDI pedal to AIRSTEP and convert it to your computer's wireless keyboard to send HID messages.
This allows you to extend the AIR STEP footswitch using a traditional MIDI pedal.
