ノイズキャンセリング時に異音が…

自宅に届いた時点では無かったのですが、1ヶ月程度過ぎたあたりから、ノイキャンの時にだけ左側から、耳かきのasmrのようなガサガサ音がするようになりました。対処法を調べ、初期化や、専用アプリで色々試したりもしたのですが全く良くなりませんでした。唯一充電を100%までして使った際は、少しの間異音はしなくなりましたが、結局なり始めました。気にしない様にはしていたのですが、どうしても気になってしまい、とてもストレスが貯まる製品となってしまいました。
ただ、音質やフィット感、充電の持ちなどはとても素晴らしいです。それだけにとても残念です。
