DI-SNAKE is a high-quality ""DI cable"" with an active buffer circuit built into the phone plug.

By directly connecting DI-SNAKE to the output connector of an instrument, you can capture ""signals that do not even pass through a shielded cable"".

It captures the inherent character of the instrument itself and the delicate nuances of the performance as they are, and transmits surprisingly fresh sounds from electric basses, electric guitars, electric pianos, analog synthesizers, acoustic instruments with pickups, and other instruments, regardless of whether they are passive or active.

In addition, since it is designed with a high maximum input level, it can also be used for the output of pedal effects and the pre-out terminals of guitar amps/bass amps. You can set it up by transmitting a signal directly from the equipment to a mixer/mic preamp, as if you were adding a DI output to the equipment.

DI-SNAKE operates on phantom power (48V). It can be simply connected to the microphone input of a studio mic preamp, a PA mixer at a stage, or an audio interface for home recording.

DI-SNAKE pursues low distortion and flat sound quality, so it matches any microphone preamp and allows you to create sound that takes advantage of the characteristics of the connected microphone preamp.
