■Redesigned Channel Strip
Channel treatment is the most important aspect of mixing. The redesigned channel strip in Cubase 10 significantly improves module functionality and operability. Metering for each module is now more visible, and detailed displays of compressors and other controls allow for fine-tuning.

■GROOVE AGENT SE 5
The virtual drum software Groove Agent SE has been upgraded. Numerous new features and a rich sound library, including the new acoustic drum kit ""The Kit,"" 20 Beat Agent electro kits, one-click routing settings, pad presets, browser previews, and GUI resizing, provide powerful support for rhythm tracks.

■Next-Generation Audio Engine
With crystal-clear 64-bit floating-point resolution and a 192kHz sampling rate, the audio engine is the heart of Cubase's pristine sound. The engine also features up to six discrete channels per track and channel, supporting 5.1 surround sound.

■Workspaces
Organize the windows and specific dialogs you use most often. Workspaces store the size, position, layout, and settings of important windows and dialogs, such as the Project window, Mix Console, and Transport panel. Quickly switch between multiple work modes using the Workspace menu or keyboard shortcuts.

■ Track Archive
Export audio, FX, group, instrument, MIDI, and video tracks as track archives and import them into other Cubase or Nuendo projects. All track-related information (channel settings, automation tracks, parts, events, etc.) is exported.

■ Latency Monitor
When monitoring recording or sending cue mixes to musicians, minimizing latency is important. MixConsole's built-in latency monitor displays and checks the individual and total latency of plug-ins in the effects chain in real time.

■ Track Disable
You can disable audio, instrument, MIDI, and sampler tracks that are not currently playing or processing. Disabling a track sets the track's output volume to zero and stops all disk activity and processing related to that track.
