■Channel Strip

The 1023 is a fully hand-wired channel strip using Carnhill (St. Ives) transformers. It has the exact same mic/line preamps as the 1073, but with a significantly higher Mid/High section. As well as offering more frequency settings, the extended EQ section allows you to directly manipulate the curve of the mid bell against the overlapping high/low, allowing for more musical sound creation.
