The 7050CPM is a powered subwoofer from GENELEC. It features five input/output terminals with 85 Hz low-pass/high-pass filters, and a 120 Hz discrete LFE signal input terminal with a switchable +10 dB boost. It provides low distortion and an extended bass response down to 24 Hz.

The latest model, the 7050C, an improved version of the popular 7050 model, is compatible with virtually any near-field monitor. It's especially an ideal partner for Genelec's 8010, 8020, and 8030 near-field monitors.

Numerous improvements have been made, including the addition of an input terminal that bypasses the bass management function (a feature absent in the previous 7050A and 7050B models), lower distortion, the adoption of a global standard switch-mode power supply, and a maximum SPL of 103 dB.

The 7050C features a bass management section that comfortably handles both stereo and multi-channel audio, with five input/output terminals with 85 Hz low-pass/high-pass filters, and a 120 Hz discrete LFE signal input terminal with a switchable +10 dB boost.

Measuring 410mm high, 350mm wide, and 319mm deep, the 7050C features a 205mm (8-in) magnetically shielded low-frequency driver housed in an LSE enclosure, delivering an incredibly low-distortion bass response extended down to 24Hz.

The 7050C includes rear-panel DIP switches for subwoofer phase adjustment, bass roll-off, +10 dB LFE, and ISS power-saving mode (reducing power consumption to 0.5 W in standby mode) on/off.

Compared to the previous 7050, numerous improvements have been made, including a maximum SPL of 103 dB, a bypassable bass management system (with a contact on/off switch), low distortion, and a universal voltage switching power supply. Furthermore, the rear panel features comprehensive DIP switches that allow for adjustment of subwoofer phase and low-frequency roll-off, adjustment of the +10dB LFE level, and activation and control of Intelligent Signal Sensing (ISS) sensitivity. The ISS power-saving mode reduces the unit's power consumption to just 0.5 W in standby mode.
