A pick is a must! !
I usually use a triangle (also called a rice ball shape), but when I play at home I use a teardrop.
Using picks of various shapes instead of sticking to one shape is good practice, and strictly speaking, the sound produced is different (this is diligent).
Available in white and black, and in hard and medium hardness! Isn't it fun? If you don't play the guitar, you can also use it as a pastie (self-restraint below)
