Guitar fret guards designed by Ken Yokoyama. They not only protect the frets and fingerboard from impacts, but also regulate humidity, prevent rust, deodorize, and prevent mold.

The ""FG-KY"" not only serves as a fret guard to protect the frets and fingerboard from impacts, but also uses Technard's Silica Clean R, which has humidity control, rust prevention, deodorization, and mold prevention effects, to stabilize the condition of the neck and fingerboard, and to reduce rust on the strings and dullness on the frets.
The strings and frets come into contact with each other due to vibrations when transporting in a case, and the frets wear down little by little.
In addition, if there is a large impact, the strings and frets may come into strong contact with each other, causing dents and scratches not only on the frets but also on the fingerboard.
By sandwiching the fret guard ""FG-KY"" between the strings and frets, you can prevent frets from wearing down and dents and scratches on the frets and fingerboard during transportation.
In addition, the hook-and-loop fastener sewn into the ""FG-KY"" holds the strings in place to prevent them from slipping during transportation.

■Fix it by sandwiching it between the string and the fret.
■If it is too large, cut it with scissors.
■About the included moisture absorption sensor sheet
Attach it to the fret guard and use it.
When the sheet is blue, it is normal.
When the sheet turns a light pink or whitish color, its effectiveness has decreased, so you can dry it in the sun for about half a day and use it repeatedly.

■It will wear out, get dirty, and lose its effectiveness after about a year of normal use, so we recommend replacing it.
