Variations

The PSII series is a sine wave output UPS (uninterruptible power supply) equipped with an LCD display that lets you see usage status at a glance. Equipped with AVR (voltage stabilization function), it uses a compact, lightweight, energy-saving line-interactive system that normally supplies power by correcting the voltage from commercial power through a transformer. It also comes with power management software that allows you to set automatic PC shutdown during a power outage. The sine wave output allows you to back up not only your home PC but also your peripheral devices all at once.

These days, people are increasingly using computers at work and at home. Many of us create data and work online. Even in the music industry, computers are essential for DTM music production. The most frightening problem that can occur while working on a computer is a power outage. Power outages can be caused by natural disasters like typhoons and heavy rain, or by human error, such as tripping over a power cable and unplugging the device. Unexpected power outages can not only result in the loss of data, but also waste time spent creating content. In the worst case scenario, they can even damage the computer itself. A UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) is a convenient device that provides power from a charged internal battery during such situations, preserving data and ensuring time for the computer to safely shut down.
During a power outage, there are two output waveforms available: a block-shaped ""square wave"" and a wave-shaped ""sine wave."" The affordable square wave model (LX series) is compatible with most PCs, but in rare cases, square wave may not work, so you need to check whether your equipment is compatible. The sine wave model (PSII series, UPS1000RT) produces the same waveform as the power normally supplied from an outlet, allowing you to back up peripheral devices such as hard drives and monitors in addition to PCs, creating a safer power environment.
CLASSIC PRO UPS (uninterruptible power supply) comes in two operating modes: ""line interactive"" and ""full-time inverter."" The line interactive mode (LX series, PSII series) offers the advantages of compactness, light weight, and energy efficiency. It provides uninterruptible power under normal conditions, but uses AVR (automatic voltage compensation) to stabilize output when voltage fluctuations exceed a certain range. The full-time inverter mode (UPS1000RT) uses an inverter to provide stable voltage and frequency during both normal and power outages. It also supports momentary power outages (instantaneous power failures), making it a reliable and recommended power backup tool for equipment with strict power specifications.
Five models are available, each with different output waveforms during a power outage, operation methods, and battery capacities, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
