RADIAL / SB-6 Isolator

The RADIAL/SB-6 Isolator is a two-channel passive isolator that works with both balanced and unbalanced signals and eliminates hum and buzz noise.

■2-channel passive isolator
Supports both balanced and unbalanced signals, eliminating hum and buzz noise. It can be used with musical instruments and consumer devices in the same way as professional audio line-level equipment. The 2-channel specification makes it useful for use in stereo racks and pedal boards.

■Supports unbalanced/balanced
Both inputs and outputs use mono 1/4-inch TRS terminals x 2 (L/R). Whether unbalanced or balanced signals are connected, the signal is automatically converted according to the type of cable and connector.

■Pad switch & Ground Lift switch
It also has a PAD switch that lowers the input sensitivity by -15dB when the input signal is excessive, and a LEFT PHASE switch that inverts the phase to align the phase of the output L.

■High-quality parts & excellent durability
Equipped with two Eclipse transformers with flat characteristics, it achieves a frequency response of 20Hz-20kHz while maintaining excellent sound. The passive circuit does not require a power supply, so you can use it just by connecting the equipment. The housing is constructed from durable 16-gauge steel and, like all Radial products, is made in Canada. ■Specifications
