The BeatBuddy MINI 2 is a compact pedal-type drum machine that guitarists and bassists can easily operate with their feet. It is a ""little brother"" of the higher-end BeatBuddy, condensing the essence of the higher-end BeatBuddy and changing the operation system to a simpler one. It can be easily controlled hands-free, and is recommended for live performances, sessions, home practice, etc.

BeatBuddy MINI 2 is a compact pedal-type drum machine designed for guitarists and bassists to operate at their feet.
You can perform all the necessary operations such as song start/end, fill-ins, and transitions hands-free.

It is equipped with all the content included in the higher-end model BeatBuddy (over 220 styles, 24 genres, 10 drum sets, all time signatures). This is twice the capacity of the original BeatBuddy MINI. This model allows you to easily use the functions of the higher-end model as is.

The shape and size are the same as a small effect pedal. Even if you connect it to the end of the effect chain, it is possible to output without compromising the original sound. Of course, it works as a standalone drum machine without connecting an effector or instrument. The output can also be used as a headphone output, and a mini jack conversion adapter is also included. (Please use low impedance, high sensitivity headphones).

The foot pedal switch has also been improved and changed so that it can be easily stepped on even barefoot, making it convenient for practicing at home.

[Differences between BeatBuddy and BeatBuddy MINI 2]
Both have the same basic functions and content, but there are three differences.
First, BeatBuddy MINI 2 does not allow additional content to be added. Also, BeatBuddy has 24-bit sound quality, while BeatBuddy MINI 2 has 16-bit. Furthermore, MIDI functions are also only available on BeatBuddy.

There are four differences here.
First, the circuit has been improved, resulting in better sound quality than the original model. Also, by doubling the capacity, it now contains over 200 songs (the original model had 100).
The BeatBuddy MINI 2 also features ergonomically shaped buttons for the footswitch, allowing for accurate pedal operation even with bare feet.
In addition, the addition of an LED status display improves visibility of the visual metronome.
