Variations

These nickel-based strings feature DR's proprietary ""K3"" coating, creating a yellow glow when illuminated. Available in gauges ranging from 50-110, they deliver high output and a clear, defined sound. Not only do they have a striking appearance, but they also boast greater output and a clearer sound with fewer unwanted overtones than non-coated strings. They also offer superior corrosion resistance and last longer than standard strings.

地味な見た目が激変

以前同社商品のBKB-45（ブラック）を使用していましたが、流石に飽きてしまったので今回は趣向を変えて真っ黄色にしてみました。真っ黒ボディのベースとの相性は良く、大満足です。
ただ、自宅でしか弾かないのでぼんやり光る（であろう）様子が見れないのが残念です...
肝心の音質については、ブライトでDR弦だなぁといった印象です。
耐久性は暫く使用しないとなんとも言えないので不明とします。剥げたらまた別のカラーを試してみたいです。
