The OYAIDE HPSC-X35/X63 series is a high-quality headphone cable compatible with detachable 3-pole mini XLR headphone cables like the AKG K712PRO. The cable conductors use ""Precision Conductor 102 SSC"" instead of the previous model's PCOCC-A conductor. The conductor configuration is a 7/7/0.089 twisted rope with excellent flexibility and a generous 0.3 sq. mm diameter.

■ Mini XLR to 3.5mm Stereo Mini
■ The shielding is a highly flexible spiral shield, featuring a ""silk insert"" for cushioning and static electricity suppression. The cable exterior is also made with a ""silk jacket,"" significantly reducing touch noise without sacrificing flexibility.
■ The insert uses 100% pure silk filament, providing low capacitance and no static electricity.
■ The metal is made of brass that complies with the European RoHS Directive. The contact points are plated with 1.5μ thick silver and a 0.3μ thick rhodium plating on the surface. This prevents contact corrosion and contributes to improved transmission characteristics.
■ The wiring is soldered using Oyaide Electric's original audio-specific solder, ""SS-47."" ""SS-47"" is made with high-purity tin, exceeding 99.993% (4N), with increased purity to minimize impurities. Silver and copper are blended to improve conductivity and prevent solder erosion.

高音のパンチが凄い

フルテックの同等品 iHP-35X II と比べると高音が出てますね。
102SSC とかいうオヤイデ独自の素材の影響でしょうか？　とにかく高音の減衰がありません。
ちょっとやり過ぎなくらい高音にパンチがあります。
より素直な音がいい場合はフルテックをおすすめします。

高精細な音但し、ケーブルの耐久性は・・・？

DT1990/DT1770のリケーブル用に購入。
音質は標準ケーブルと比較すると全体的に繊細かつ精細感が増すような音調で、モニター用途としてはバッチリハマってくれます。
ただし、全体的にケーブルが固く、XLRコネクタから下がるケーブルが肩や胸に当たって気になるとともに取り回しもあまりよくありません。
また、ケーブル被服のナイロンがぜい弱で、衣服やデスクと少し擦れるだけでものすごく毛羽立ちます。特にXLRコネクタ付け根部分はコネクタ本体との摩耗によってかなり毛羽立ってきています。また、ホコリが付着しやすいこともありすぐにみすぼらしい外観に・・・。
プラグ部分のメッキも非常に傷つきやすく、一度抜き差しした程度で縦の擦り傷が多数付着します。
