By connecting it as close as possible to your bass or guitar, it transforms the low frequencies, which tend to have a blurred sound, into a tighter, more defined sound. It's effective not only for bass, but also for multi-string guitars and drop-tuned guitars, which tend to have a muddy low end.

■ VITALIZER
The VITALIZER is a type of buffer amplifier that converts high-impedance electrical signals, which are susceptible to noise and sound quality changes caused by plug/jack contacts and long cables, into low-impedance signals that are less susceptible to such effects. This Active Impedance Converter incorporates Providence's unique design, taking into account the signal characteristics of instruments such as guitars/basses and effects pedals, to avoid excessive hi-fidelity. It outputs a natural signal that minimizes the so-called ""active"" feel and is as faithful as possible to the instrument's original sound.

■Effective Usage
By connecting it closest to your bass or guitar, you can transform the low frequencies, which tend to have a blurred sound, into a tight, crisp sound. This is especially effective for bass guitars, as well as multi-string guitars and drop-tuned guitars, which tend to have a muddy low frequency range. By placing it at the beginning of your pedalboard system, you can prevent changes and degradation in sound quality caused by multiple plug/jack contacts, stabilize sound quality in a variety of environments, and reduce external noise.

It is also effective when connected immediately before an amplifier or at a point where sound quality degradation or changes are a concern.

■Compact Size
Considering the limited space available in effects boards, this unit's functions are unified into a compact 60 x 73 mm size. Even when incorporated into a pedalboard, it helps improve sound quality by taking up minimal space.

To achieve this compact size, we've eliminated the need for a battery. When using a battery, connect the included outer battery box to the DC9V input jack. It can also be used with an AC adapter or power supply.
