[Regarding display issues with the SRX CONNECT iPad app - June 6, 2024]
We are experiencing an issue where the entire screen is not displayed and control is not possible. We have reported this to manufacturer support and requested an improvement, but it is expected that it will take some time before we can provide an update. As a current workaround, we have confirmed that control is possible with a Windows PC using HiQnet Audio Architect. We apologize for any inconvenience, but please use the app via a PC connection.
