In 1999, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) recorded an unexplained sound in the South Pacific Ocean, naming it ""JULIA."" NOAA explains that the mysterious sound was heard over thousands of miles and was clearly audible no matter where it was located. Some believe that JULIA is a water goddess, and that her melancholic cry is her ""voice."" Walrus Audio's analog chorus, JULIA, is inspired by her mysterious power.
