■ Compressor - API500 Series

WesAudio Mimas is an analog-circuit compressor (API500-compatible module) that can be digitally controlled from an AAX/VST2/VST3/AU plug-in.
While retaining the analog sound of the company's acclaimed 1176-style compressor, all parameters can be remotely controlled from the plug-in on a USB-connected DAW system.

◎The analog circuit features a fully balanced input/output configuration using Carnhill transformers. Sidechain high-pass filters and ratio settings allow for the reproduction of four-button ""all button mode."" The A/B function allows instant switching between two settings.

◎The sound quality remains the same, while the plug-in's store and recall functions and physical automation can be written using the hardware knobs provide a fresh, authentic analog sound. Expanding the possibilities for new sound creation.
