A brand new mobile microphone/interface that allows you to record sounds comparable to studio recordings with high-end mics by simply clipping them into the sound hole of your acoustic guitar or ukulele. The state-of-the-art MEMS microphone is adopted, and the sound of a guitar and a ukulele full of rich presence is realized.

It was designed to pick up expressive acoustic guitar sounds that would not have been possible without the help of a seasoned recording engineer. アコースティック・ギターの録音をこれまでないほど手軽に、高音質で楽しめるピックアップ兼インターフェイスが、この「iRig Acoustic」です。セッティングはいたって簡単、柔らかいゴム素材でできたトライアングル・ピック型のユニットをサウンドホールに挟み込むだけです。「こんなに簡単で、はたして音質はどうなんだろう？」と正直、はじめは期待と不安が半々でした。しかし、いざ弾いてみると、非常にアコギらしい豊かでナチュラルな音色！ちゃんとボディの鳴りまで捉えられていて、「すごい！」と素直に感心してしまいました。秘密はピエゾともマグネットとも違う、最新テクノロジーを使用したMEMSマイクロフォンだそうです。つまり高性能なマイクで音を拾うので、繊細なニュアンスまでしっかり捉えてくれるんですね。
