TASCAM / DR-701D

This 4-track linear PCM recorder allows you to record video with a digital SLR camera or video camera, resulting in higher quality audio. It features an HDMI connector, a built-in stereo microphone, and four XLR inputs. It can also be synchronized with a camera.

■Camera Recorder/Mixer

This 6-track linear PCM recorder can be used to enhance the audio quality of videos shot with a DSLR (digital single-lens reflex camera) or video camera.
The HDMI connector allows for clock synchronization with video and synchronization of recording start/stop operations. Timecode input allows for recording time information into recorded files. The lightweight yet durable magnesium alloy housing can be mounted either above or below the camera. This audio recorder is ideal for camera users, allowing for custom setup with its built-in stereo microphone and four XLR inputs. Multiple units can also be cascaded to expand the number of tracks.

The DR-701D, specialized for video shooting, is a high-quality 6-track recorder that can be used in conjunction with multiple cameras in a wide range of settings, including film, documentary, and television production.
