Black Kromシリーズの12インチ幅CDJ用ケース。Pioneer/CDJ-2000NXSなどの定番機種に対応しています。ODYSSEYにはFlightZone/FlightReadyシリーズというスタンダードラインがあるのですが、はじめてK12MIXCDJBLの外箱を開封した時、見た目がそれらとほぼ同じで、「何が違うんだろう」と頭の中に？（クエスションマーク）が湧きました。しかし、持ち上げてみて驚きました。すごく軽い！調べてみると、MDF board（ファイバーボード）とプラスチックの合板という特殊な材質が採用されていて、それが軽さの秘密とのこと。
ODYSSEYはアメリカのメーカーということもあり、飛行機での移動に耐えうるヘビーデューティーな製品が主力です。しかし頑丈さよりも軽くて、より持ち運びのし易いケースを探しているといった場合、このK12MIXCDJBLはピッタリです。見た目はフライトケースそのものな上、ブラックカラーリングが施されているのでかっこよさも抜群です。
