FretWraps String Muters Extra Large Black are extra-large fret wraps in black. They're the perfect size for 8-string and 12-string basses, Chapman Sticks, and double basses. Gruv Gear fret wraps mute the strings when placed on the fingerboard, eliminating unwanted noise when tapping. 大は小を兼ねません。

ナット幅60mmの6弦ベース用に最初は同製品の一つ小さいLargeを購入しましたが、少し小さく、ぎっちぎちで使い勝手が悪かったので、これも買ってみました。しかし、今度は大きすぎて、装着するとミュート部分になるパッドがたわんでしまってミュートの役割を果たしません。パッドがたわまないように上から板かプラバンかを当てればうまく機能しそうなので、今度はそれにチャレンジしてみたいと思います。製品概要に対応ナット幅が記載されていれば選びやすいのかなと思います。商品自体は一流のプロの方も多数使われてますので、問題ないものだということだけ付け加えておきます。
