Customのもつレンジの広さや高い解像度と、'59の特徴的なミドルレンジやバイト感を併せ持つ、かゆいところに手が届くような万能ピックアップという印象です。出力が中程度に抑えられているおかげで、アンプで強く歪ませた際に音が潰れにくいのも特徴。ハードロックやへヴィメタルでの使用におすすめです。

使用機材は、Cs 57レスポール、アンプ5150Ⅲ、足元 POD HD500X。
元々乗ってた57clasiccに、物足りなさを感じ交換しましたが、思ったより当たりで。ハードに歪ませても、低音も輪郭ハッキリしてるし、クリーンもなかなか使える。タップも普通に使える音ですね、タップ時はレスポールだからなのか、テレキャスに近い感じの音で好き。アンプの特性上、低音の調整がシビアになったけど、微々たる問題かw
