- Instead of the narrow, pipe-shaped air duct structure used in conventional BA driver units, we have adopted a proprietary flat air duct structure. This ensures a wide sound path from the diaphragm to the eardrum, eliminating resonance within the duct and expanding the frequency range, enabling wide-band, extended music reproduction.
■Newly developed double-layered housing suppresses unnecessary vibrations
- The inner housing is made of a high-quality magnesium alloy, which has high internal loss and high rigidity, while the outer housing is made of vibration-damping ABS material, which suppresses resonance within the housing. Fixing the unit in a dual-layer housing with different inner and outer materials reduces distortion and delivers clear mid- and high-range sounds.
■Noise-blocking structure blocks external environmental noise and reduces sound leakage.
- The housing structure has very small openings for external air intake and high sound insulation, reducing sound leakage by approximately 90%(*). Surrounding noise is also suppressed, resulting in clear music reproduction.
