This is the successor to the popular Titan, a versatile condenser microphone. It's a highly acclaimed choice for drums, percussion, guitar, piano, and other instruments. It faithfully reproduces percussive sounds and articulations. It's also recommended for recording vocals and narration.

■A Titanium Capsule That Sets Them Apart
The T2 offers a remarkable combination of solid performance and versatility.
Based on the chassis and features of the acclaimed sE4400, it inherits the special capsule from the popular sE Titan, a versatile microphone, delivering exceptional mid- and low-frequency balance. And the titanium capsule's understated yet detailed high-frequency response is a special highlight.
It's ideal for drums, percussion, overheads, hi-hats, orchestral instruments, piano, acoustic guitar, electric guitar cabs, bass guitar cabs, vocals, strings, woodwinds, and brass.
Choose from four polar patterns: cardioid, hypercardioid, Fog8, and omnidirectional. It also features a 40 Hz/80 Hz low-cut filter and a -10 dB/-20 dB pad.

■Handcrafted 1-inch Titanium True Condenser Capsule
The T2 features a distinctive titanium-coated capsule. This allows for faster transient response than gold-coated capsules. It's particularly well-suited for instruments where attack is important, like drums and percussion, delivering clear, accurate performance.

This special diaphragm is also rigid, allowing it to handle high sound pressure levels, such as loud percussion.

■Rugged Design
A metal switch allows you to select four polar patterns, from cardioid to omnidirectional, or figure-8 to hypercardioid. The titanium-coated dual-diaphragm capsule minimizes bleed from unwanted sources, enabling precise miking in the studio or on stage.

■Rugged Housing and Premium Finish
With a durable die-cast all-metal housing, metal switch, and a rugged spring steel wire mesh grille, the T2 is built to withstand rigorous studio use and daily touring.
The flat body design and special suspension mounts allow for extremely flat placement on drum heads and guitar cabinets, making it suitable for a variety of applications.

■Pre-attenuation pads and low-cut filters
Two selectable pre-attenuation pads expand the dynamic range and allow for louder sources. Two low-cut filters also make it easy to reduce excessive low-frequency leakage and proximity effect, facilitating close-miking.

■Factory-matched stereo pair
The T2 is also available as a matched stereo pair, featuring matched capsules for the best possible stereo image.

The matched pair model includes a stereo mounting bar, two custom shock mounts, and a metal case.
