ダブルボール弦で気に入っているので通常弦で試してみたくなりました。キンキンせず割と低域がしっかりと出るので、線の細いシングルコイルなんかと組み合わせても音が太くなりますし、巻き数少なめのビンテージ系ハムバッカーとも相性が良いと思います。歯切れの良い音ではありませんがクリーンはしっとり、歪ませれば非常に重厚でリードパートで特に存在感を発揮できる弦です。
