This balanced/unbalanced line converter features four circuits that convert unbalanced inputs to balanced outputs, and four circuits that convert balanced inputs to unbalanced outputs. It's equipped with a signal indicator and a semi-fixed trim that aligns the levels of connected devices.
It also features an input signal distribution (ADA: Audio Distributed Amplifier) ​​function, allowing it to distribute unbalanced input signals to balanced outputs, and balanced input signals to unbalanced outputs. It uses the standard TASCAM 1U rack-mount size, the same dimensions as a 1U rack-mount TASCAM recorder, allowing for a flat depth when rack-mounted.
