■This buffered active AB selector/splitter outputs to two amplifiers simultaneously without any gain loss, noise, or degradation of guitar tone. Like the JD7 amp selector used by Santana and Joe Perry, it features a Drag control. This recreates the character of a direct connection to an amplifier, allowing for seamless use. Equipped with isolated outputs, a phase reverse switch, and a ground lift switch, it eliminates noise and phase issues even with older vintage amplifiers. It also lowers impedance, improving noise immunity and allowing the use of long cables.
Twin-City is an outstanding A/B Y amplifier switcher that prevents switching noise and hum that are common in true bypass devices.
