FURMAN / M-8Lx Power Conditioner

The FURMAN MeritX Series, a standard power module, is a budget-friendly power conditioner equipped with the basic functions required for a power environment. Models with a front panel light provide peace of mind even in the dark. Equipped with a high-voltage varistor (MOV), an over-signal cutoff device, and an RFI/EMI radio noise filter.

Wide-spaced outlets allow for use with wide power adapters.
■Equipped with a high-voltage varistor (MOV), an overvoltage signal cutoff device, and an RFI/EMI radio noise filter. The ultra-fast response cutoff circuit protects equipment from sudden high voltages.
■The filter prevents certain types of fluorescent light noise, lighting dimmer noise, and radio wave interference, thereby increasing the cleanliness of audio/video systems and computers.
■For safety, a safety breaker is installed on the rear panel. The safety breaker trips when the total power usage exceeds the limit (15 amps). Reset is easily achieved by simply pressing a button.
■A master switch for power ON/OFF is installed on the front panel.

If you connect effects pedals, tuners, preamps, and other equipment directly to the stage power supply, a single large spike can cause the entire unit to smoke. Furman Standard Surge Spike Protection protects your equipment from the spikes and surges that frequently occur on stage and in the studio. Additionally, the built-in EMI/RFI filter cleans the power supply and prevents interference from radio waves, resulting in a cleaner tone.

Noise can't get you down to speed. The Furman EMI/RFI filter removes dirt and noise from the mains power supply before powering your console or DAW. Furman Standard Surge Spike Protection also prevents spikes and surges from damaging your equipment and causing digital devices to malfunction.

With a 15A rating and nine outlets, it's ideal for clubs, bars, and event spaces. Clubs, bars, and other DJ venues often have poor power environments due to air conditioning and lighting, often negatively impacting the functionality of DJ equipment. Furman's standard protection and filters improve the power environment and ensure excellent performance.

The M-8Lx and M-8Dx are equipped with a light, allowing you to illuminate the rack even on dark stages or in booths.
