太い！硬い！

Rickenbacker350V63で、コードをガンガンバリバリ弾くには最適です！チューニングも安定してます。
ただちょっとしたリードを弾く際、チョーキングは無理。
それ以外は最高の弦だと感じます。

フィンガーピッキングに

本来ガットギター弾きなもので、エレキでもやはりフィンガーピッキング主体になります。以前は０１１－０４９の細目のゲージを張っておりピッキング時に爪がかかりすぎて痛めることが多かったのですがこのくらいのテンションが丁度良さそうです（まだ、ライブ等長時間の演奏では試しておりません）。
さて、このシリーズの売りであるブライトなサウンドとロングサスティンについてですが、ブライトさに関しては弦を太くしたこともあって寧ろ芯のしっかりした音の印象のほうが強くさほど感じませんでしたが、サスティンは良くなりました。使用ギターはサスティンの弱いジャガー（ブリッジは交換）なのですが高音弦での音の詰まりが改善され気持ちよく弾けます。
