Not only the stylus tip, but the entire vibration system has been newly designed specifically for SP records. It is a high-output MC type with a PCOCC coil. Its structure allows it to generate only horizontal mono signals while maintaining a certain level of compliance in the vertical direction to avoid damaging the record's grooves. In addition, despite being an MC cartridge, this product has a high output voltage. Therefore, it can also be used by connecting it directly to an amplifier's phono (PHONO) input (MM position).
