【Stacking】

Stacking OUT outputs the signal before passing through the tube stage.


By connecting it to the Stacking INPUT of another 2BA-221, it can be used as a 2BA-221 with four inputs (microphone/line, or Hi-Z).

[Simultaneous Use of Microphone and Line Inputs]

* As an acoustic guitar preamp:

Mixes the signal picked up by the microphone with the signal from the pickup and outputs it.

* As a direct box for instruments and a microphone preamp:

Connect the signal from the instrument to the line input, and the signal from the microphone to the microphone input.

The signal before passing through the high-pass filter and tube stage can be output to an external processor and inserted.

[As a 1-in/3-out Preamp]

The signal input to the HI-Z INPUT is output not only from the main +4dB XLR and main -10dB TRS phone, but also from the stack output. (Example: XLR for recording equipment, TRS phone for bass amp, stack output for headphone amp, etc.)

*Regarding the 48V LED

Even when the power switch is set to the ""ON"" position, the 48V LED indicator may remain lit for a few minutes after power-on. This is a product specification; as long as the switch is set to the ""ON"" position, it is safe to use microphones other than condenser microphones even when the LED is lit.
