■Word Clock Expansion Board

The Word Clock Module (WCM) adds a galvanically isolated word clock input and two word clock outputs (BNC). Each output has its own dedicated driver stage for extremely low jitter. It also features a 75Ω termination switch for high-impedance inputs. The PCI card's SteadyClock technology effectively suppresses jitter and delivers optimal performance in all clock modes. This allows the two word clock outputs to provide a refreshed reference clock.

Easy installation using the included bracket eliminates the need for a PCI slot on the motherboard. The module connects to the PCI card via a 10-pin connector and flat ribbon cable. Power, termination, and lock LEDs are also included, making it easy to use even for inexperienced users.
