MASSIVE PASSIVE adds high-pass and low-pass filters to a 2-channel, 4-band equalizer. ""Passive"" literally refers to the new EQ tone-shaping section, which uses no active circuitry. Like a Pultec EQ, it shapes your sound using only metal film resistors, film capacitors, and hand-wound inductors.
