・The Moria features a high-end 10.2mm diaphragm with a titanium coating consisting of over 60 layers. By utilizing a PEEK substrate and applying more than 60 layers of titanium via advanced sputtering technology, the diaphragm achieves the high rigidity characteristic of titanium while retaining the flexibility of the base material. This process dramatically enhances resolution and significantly improves the unit's acoustic properties without adding appreciable weight to the substrate. The multi-layer coating is made possible by low-temperature vacuum DC magnetron sputtering technology. Metal atoms are sputtered onto the diaphragm surface using high-density plasma within a low-temperature vacuum environment, creating a uniform and stable film through precise deposition. This low-temperature process allows for the formation of a dense, consistent film that preserves the inherent qualities of the PEEK substrate; by precisely controlling the coating thickness and number of layers, ideal acoustic performance is achieved.
