The DJM-V5, a 3-channel DJ mixer that inherits the design philosophy of the DJM-V10 and condenses it into a more compact body, will be released on January 28th! Even in DJ booths with limited space, it enables uncompromisingly creative mixes. Equipped with a variety of effect functions, including FILTER and SEND FX, which are even more advanced than those of the DJM-V10, it enables creative performances regardless of the environment.

A compact design that condenses a professional feel into a compact design
Designed to allow for intuitive creative 3-channel mixing even in DJ booths with limited space. Maintaining the same 4-band EQ, compressor, filter, and send FX operation feel as the DJM-V10, which is supported by many DJs and artists, the product size has been reduced by approximately 30%. It achieves a professional feel despite its compact size. Furthermore, it employs the same 60mm long volume faders as the DJM-V10-LF on the channel faders to support precise volume adjustment. In addition, it features the newly developed fader curve mode """"SOFT MIX CURVE."""" By automatically slightly suppressing high frequencies when the channel fader is lowered, it enables a more natural and pleasant mix, supporting delicate performance expression.

High-resolution and warm sound quality
The DJM-V5 inherits the high-resolution and warm sound quality that was well-received in the DJM-V10, achieving balanced mixing that does not feel saturated even when mixing multiple sound sources. Featuring studio-quality 96 kHz/64 bit mixing DSP processing, the channel input and MASTER output sections are equipped with ESS Technology''s 32-bit high-resolution A/D and D/A converters. Furthermore, the sound quality has been meticulously refined through careful selection and optimization of each audio component, and repeated listening tests in real-world environments such as clubs. The sound delicately expresses the contours of the sound, spatial representation, and even the spaces between notes, creating an immersive sound that clearly highlights each sound source, providing a comfortable and enjoyable music experience.

Expanded Expression with Diverse Effects
Six Types of SEND FX to Expand Spatial Design
Equipped with six rich effects to enhance your music: SHORT DELAY, REVERB, SHIMMER, TAPE ECHO, PING PONG, and ECHO VERB allow you to freely adjust the atmosphere and feel of your performance. Each channel also has a dedicated SEND knob, allowing for intuitive adjustment of the optimal effect level for each song. Furthermore, the TIME knob, which adjusts the length and reverberation time of the effect, employs a unique click mechanism, resulting in a different feel depending on the effect.

TAPE ECHO, PING PONG, ECHO VERB: A click sensation is added between 1/16th and 1 beat, synchronized with the BPM, allowing you to apply the effect precisely on the desired beat.

SHORT DELAY, REVERB, SHIMMER: A smooth, click-free operation allows for fine-tuning of the effect duration.

Three Types of FILTERs for Flexible Tone Control
Each channel features a dedicated FILTER knob that allows switching between LOW PASS, HIGH PASS, and CROSS PASS. The left-to-right rotation knob design allows for delicate yet dynamic control. The newly adopted CROSS PASS FILTER smoothly filters the mid-to-high frequencies while preserving the low frequencies of the music, enabling unprecedented performances by adding variations to vocals and melodies without sacrificing energy.

Built-in SonicLink for Ultra-Low Latency Wireless Monitoring
For the first time in our mixers, we''ve incorporated SonicLink, enabling comfortable and free wireless monitoring without any noticeable delay between DJ equipment operation and audio. Pairing with the HDJ-F10 is easy with a single button. Furthermore, with the new headphones scheduled for release this year, pairing will be completed simply by touching the headphone touch area on the front of the DJM-V5.

PRO DJ LINK and Abundant Connectivity for Flexible DJ Playing
Precise Performance Support with PRO DJ LINK
The DJM-V5 connects to compatible multi-players such as the CDJ-3000X and CDJ-3000, as well as rekordbox, using PRO DJ LINK, allowing you to apply effects at the desired timing in accordance with the BPM. Additionally, the LINK CUE function allows you to preview tracks without loading them while browsing, and you can touch the overall waveform of the currently playing track on the WAVEFORM screen to check the development beyond the current playback position. The newly added dedicated knob allows for monitor volume adjustment. Furthermore, by recalling mixer settings (My Settings) saved on a USB device or rekordbox, you can instantly start playing in your preferred environment.

Abundant connectivity for diverse scenarios
By connecting the rear USB Type-C terminal to a PC/Mac, you can instantly connect with rekordbox for Mac/Windows and Serato DJ Pro*1, enabling DJ play with DVS and other features. In addition, the multi-device compatible MULTI I/O allows you to use DJM-REC and RMX-1000 for iPad by connecting an iPhone or iPad*2 to the top USB Type-C terminal, and also connect to RMX-IGNITE with a single USB cable. It also supports INSERT connection with external effects processors from other manufacturers. From club play to streaming and recording, it enables a variety of setups to suit different scenes.
