AQUILA / AQSU-SR

Aquila's ""Sugar"" ukulele strings are made from a bioplastic extracted from sugarcane, and are characterized by their crystal-clear appearance and clear, sharp sound.

Unlike fluorocarbon strings, these strings have excellent vibration and allow for a wide variety of tonal variations depending on the position of the string. They combine the sweet tone of nylon strings with the clarity and quick response that are typical of fluorocarbon strings.

Made with precise dimensional precision, these strings offer excellent sustain, and despite their thoroughly smooth surface finish, they also offer a comfortable feel that clings well to the fingers.
