This is a CLASSIC PRO manganese 9V square dry cell battery (006P type). It is recommended for devices that draw low current, such as distortion guitar effects and tuners. Manganese batteries have the advantage of recovering voltage when allowed to rest after use, making them ideal for devices that do not draw continuous current and do not require continuous use.
