NOBUNAGA LABS / CEPHALUS Light【NLE-CPH-70】

The CEPHALUS Light [NLE-CPH-70] is a 70cm 2-pin custom IEM cable that uses 4-core OFC tin-plated wire for improved sound spread and depth, and offers excellent separation capabilities. It is compatible with 4.4mm 5-pole balanced outputs.

■ High-Resolution OFC Tin-Plated Wire
・Uses 19 OFC wires with a thickness of 0.08mm per core. This minimizes transmission loss, allowing the cable to perform at its full potential. Furthermore, the tin-plating process delivers rich mid-low frequencies, clear sound field positioning, and a sense of depth, resulting in a soft, natural sound with a fast attack time and rich expression. Furthermore, by making the conductor perfectly round, the conductor's flexibility and durability are dramatically improved, ensuring stable signal transmission even when exposed to bending or sudden temperature changes.

■ Flexible and Easy-to-Handle Outer Jacket
・The outer jacket is made of flexible and durable PVC. It is extremely soft, reducing touch noise caused by friction with the jacket. It also features a cable slider for secure fit, even when used on the go.

■ Optimal Cable Length for Bluetooth Receivers
・By adjusting the length of the previous model, we have achieved a more user-friendly length that is compatible with Bluetooth receivers. The length from the Y-junction to the plug is 30cm, making this a re-cable that is easy to handle when using a Bluetooth receiver.

■Features proprietary Symmetric Braid Matrix technology
・By symmetrically twisting the positive and negative sides of the conductors, the Symmetric Braid Matrix minimizes electrical resistance between conductors, enabling the smoothest possible flow of electrical signals. This minimizes the risk of crosstalk and enables the transmission of a wide range of sound, from low to high frequencies.

■Balanced connection maximizes the performance of connected devices
・By using independent amplifiers for the left and right channels of the player, balanced connections minimize crosstalk, enabling more accurate positioning and spatial expression. The 4-core braided structure is designed to maximize the benefits of balanced connections.

■Minimize transmission loss
・Instead of using soldering at the branching points, which can cause electrical resistance, each cable is hand-braided to ensure uniform braid pitch, achieving an ideal design that maintains transmission characteristics. This ensures the cable's inherent characteristics are fully utilized.

■Gold-plated parts ensure stable electrical conductivity
・The 4.4mm 5-pole plug and custom 2-pin connector are gold-plated to reduce contact resistance and provide high electrical conductivity. Additionally, the base of the plug has a highly flexible bellows structure to reduce stress when the cable is bent. The custom 2-pin shell also features fine slits to facilitate easy connection and disconnection.
