This Fender-standard, four-point, logo-less SUS304 neck joint plate creates a cohesive, core-like sound and improves the sense of unity between the body and neck. It brings out the instrument's inherent potential. When played live, it eliminates unnecessary resonances, resulting in a clear sound with the essential frequencies highlighted. Its natural transitions, without any unnatural sustain, are popular with many musicians.

[Manufacturer's Comments] The material is stainless steel. It is an austenitic chromium-nickel alloy. The nickel content increases strength and toughness, and a strong oxide film forms on the surface, improving corrosion resistance and making the material rust-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
The drawbacks are that its strength and toughness make it difficult to process and expensive.
The reason we chose this material is that the neck plates commonly used on vintage guitars in the 1950s and 1960s were made of a unique iron (steel containing nickel and chromium), and its specific gravity is close to that of the real thing (the specific gravity of the stainless steel used in this plate is 7.93, while that of iron is 7.87, so they're almost identical). After testing several materials with professional musicians, we decided on this material because it did not change the guitar's sound, but instead produced the same frequency range as vintage guitars, or the frequency range professional musicians require (not necessarily the same sound as vintage guitars). Further testing was conducted to determine the thickness and other fine specifications.
By the way, the machining center used for this is a vertical high-speed machining center that can be controlled to an accuracy of 1/1000 of a millimeter. Advanced programming and technology enable this level of edge processing to be achieved using only machine processing. This manufacturer mainly produces engine parts used by top auto racing teams, and is famous in the industry for producing products that are said to be impossible to make anywhere else in Japan.
