Each resolution can be automatically set using the acquired EDID or manually set to a fixed vertical offset of 59.94Hz.
RGB.L, RGB.F, YUV444, YUV422, and YUV420 (4K60 only) can be converted and output at 8-bit/C.
1 digital serial signal, 1.0Vp-p, 75Ω, BNC x 1, using a proprietary re-encoding method.
The input IMG.LINK signal is re-clocked and then re-output. The IMG.LINK bidirectional communication function is also enabled.
*This is not a 4K frame synchronizer output. The re-clocked input IMG.LINK This is a re-output of the NK signal.
Multi-screen configurations are possible by daisy-chaining multiple units with coaxial cables.
■Output HDMI signal delay
Video delay is generally 2 to 3 frames of the output video frame cycle. (Approx. 34 ms to 50 ms)
When using the input frame lock function, the delay is fixed at approximately 1 frame. (Approx. 17 ms)
The input frame lock function is effective for adjusting video delay when configuring a multi-screen system.
When using 90-degree rotation, 1 frame (approx. 17 ms) is added.
Audio delay is fixed at 42 ms for 2-channel stereo audio only.
For other audio (including multi-channel PCM and compressed audio), the active pass-through method (delay of 1 ms or less) is used.
■Audio signal
Analog output audio signal: -10dBu (load of 10kΩ or more), low impedance unbalanced, 2 channels, 1 system, 2 RCA terminals
Maximum audio output level: +10dBu (HDMI embedded audio input at 0dBFS)
Audio sampling: 24-bit 48kHz linear PCM
■ Coaxial transmission distance between transmitter and receiver
L-7CHD: 210m, L-7CFB: 150m, L-5CFB: 110m, L-5C 2V: 60m, L-3CFB: 60m, L-3C2V: 30m
(The distance may be shorter depending on the installation environment. Please refer to the specifications for the transmission distance during long reach operation.)
■RS-232C communication function:
RS-232C compliant full-duplex D-SUB9 (male) x 1 (PC-equivalent pin assignment)
Baud rate can be switched between 9,600 bps (default) and 38,400 bps.
Flow control is non-flow (default) ) or RTS/CTS hard flow.
Parity can be switched between non-parity (default) and even parity.
Other communication formats are 8 data bits and 1 stop bit. This cannot be changed.
When multiple receivers or distributors are connected and operating, certain restrictions apply. Please refer to the instruction manual for details.
■External control function:
Commands can be sent to this unit via RS-232C communication or the communication function from the IMG.LINK transmitter.
External control such as zooming, resizing, cropping position, and flipping up/down/left/right is possible.
Please refer to the instruction manual and external control instruction manual for details.
Communication is possible even without video or audio. In addition, certain restrictions apply when multiple receivers or distributors are connected and operating.
Please refer to the instruction manual for details.
* You can use the CRO-RS22 control app available on the Imagenics website. (90-degree image rotation is not supported.)
