EPIPHONE / Masterbilt Gem Archer Sheraton Cherry Red

Jem Archer is a versatile guitarist who has played in Oasis, Beady Eye and Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, and is known for using an Epiphone Sheraton guitar, which was given to him by Noel.

The Sheraton is an original Epiphone design that first appeared in 1958.
This Masterbuilt semi-hollowbody guitar boasts distinctive, elegant styling and Epiphone's highest standards of manufacturing and component construction.
The Masterbuilt Gem Archer Sheraton is manufactured to the same quality as Epiphone's high-end ""Inspired by Gibson Custom"" model lineup, and features the same etched double diamond on the back of the headstock as those products.
This model features semi-hollowbody construction, with a five-ply bonded maple/poplar body and a maple center block, improving sustain and improving feedback resistance. Multi-layer binding is applied to the top and bottom of the body, headstock, and fingerboard.
The one-piece mahogany neck features a comfortable '60s C-profile, and the rosewood fingerboard has 22 medium-jumbo frets and beautiful mother-of-pearl block inlays and abalone triangle inlays. The large '60s-style dovewing headstock features the historic Epiphone mother-of-pearl logo and a Tree of Life inlay. All of this Sheraton's hardware is gold-finished, and the body surfaces feature a beautiful vintage gloss finish. The headstock features smooth-acting Grover Rotomatic tuning machines with milk-bottle buttons, which, combined with a Graph Tech nut that provides low-friction string contact on the nut, ensure stable tuning. The body is secured by an ABR-1 bridge and a Casino-style trapeze tailpiece with a raised diamond shape for secure string placement. The electronics are top-of-the-line. Two American-made Gibson Mini-Humbucker pickups are wired to individual volume and tone controls with high-quality CTS potentiometers and Mallory capacitors, and are connected to a Switchcraft® 3-way pickup selector toggle switch and a 1/4-inch output jack. Both right- and left-handed versions are available. Includes an Epiphone hardshell case.
