Newly developed Pure Motion Driver for the new high-resolution era: Focusing on transient characteristics, which have a significant impact on sound quality, a new driver, the Pure Motion Driver, has been developed to enable reproduction with overwhelmingly high sensitivity from high frequencies to mid-low frequencies. The high resolution expressiveness that renders everything, allows you to experience the full range of sounds and human feelings that artists and creators want to convey.

Hybrid digital noise cancelling technology that allows you to experience the quiet space you want now: Two of the latest noise-detecting MEMS microphones are installed in each earphone, one on each side, to pick up environmental noise in detail by improving the microphone's signal-to-noise ratio, which directly affects noise cancelling performance, and transmit it to a high-precision noise cancelling processor. The noise is transmitted to the noise cancelling processor. The newly developed high-sensitivity driver is capable of emitting sound waves in opposite phase that cancel out even the weakest and most detailed noise. The noise-detecting microphone and improved driver performance further enhance the noise-cancelling performance of the previous model, which was well received.

Beam-forming microphone technology using small, high-performance MEMS microphones located in two positions on the earphone housing provides directionality towards the speaker's mouth, enabling voices to be heard precisely and clearly, even in noisy surroundings. The microphone can deliver a clear voice even in noisy surroundings.

■Hear-through function for outside sound intake: useful when walking, doing sports, housework or telework with music playing, or when listening to the sounds of your surroundings when commuting by train or bus. It also features a quick hear-through function, ideal when you want to listen to a quick conversation at a convenience store cash register or an announcement at a train station or airport ‘on the fly’. With a single action, the volume during playback is lowered to focus on the bandwidth of human voices and bring in sounds from outside.

Connect, a dedicated application, enriches your everyday life: The Soundscape function plays back environmental sounds recorded by the Audio-Technica microphone to help you concentrate and rest, while the Find Product function displays a map showing where the earphones are located, as well as the Equaliser function and other features.
