■Purchase Process and Application Method
After purchasing a product, please click ""Inquiries"" for the order in Purchase History on My Page and send us an image of the software you own.
A simple image is fine as long as it verifies your ownership of the software.

We will contact customers separately if we are unable to verify their software verification within a certain period of time after purchase.
If we are unable to verify their software verification within a certain period of time, we will invalidate the license and proceed with the return and refund.

■Notes and Supplementary Information
- If you send images using a method other than those listed above, please compress them to a maximum of 5MB per file due to limitations on our email server. If your email exceeds the file size limit, it may also be subject to the license invalidation process described above.
