The SednaEarfit XELASTEC II is the long-awaited latest update to the TPE material earpieces, which deform at body temperature.

■Autofit earpieces for the ultimate fit.
Based on analysis of 788 people's ear canals, AZLA launched the SednaEarfit XELASTEC earpiece in 2020, which uses proprietary technology to process TPE material, which was previously difficult to mould, to achieve both an outstanding fit and high sound quality. It was highly supported by users. The SednaEarfit XELASTEC II, an evolution of this model, was developed as a new flagship model using 18,000 sample tests and the latest technology.

The highest standard of TPE material is used.
The SednaEarfit XELASTEC II uses the highest standard thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), which was developed in cooperation with KRAIBURG TPE in Germany. It softens at body temperature and adheres to the ear canal, enabling comfortable wearing for extended periods of time while reducing strain. In addition, durability has been improved over previous models. The TPE used is a custom specification specially developed for the XELASTEC II and is more resistant to shape collapse than normal TPE.

Dual construction design for improved stability.
Moulds are required for the production of earpieces, and the SednaEarfit XELASTEC II uses two or more dedicated moulds for each size. This ensures high quality and durability and enables a double-layer design with TPE material. As a result, stability when wearing the earphones is improved.

■Pursuit of fit and sound quality
The earphones are designed to be the optimum height for each size, providing a comfortable fit. In terms of sound quality, a straight internal structure has been adopted to ensure directness while reducing high frequency attenuation, resulting in a wide soundstage and balanced acoustics.

Unique honeycomb structure coreless wax guard
A honeycomb-structured coreless wax guard with dampening function is integrally moulded from TPE material. This improves flexibility and reduces pressure sensation. The special honeycomb structure filter is designed to prevent foreign objects from entering the earphones without interfering with sound transmission. The structure, which has been optimised through mathematical tests, improves sound transmission while reducing the rate of influx of foreign objects.

Six sizes to suit more people.
The product is available in six sizes (SS/S/MS/M/ML/L) based on the general Standard type. Furthermore, two types of packages are available: a package of two pairs of a single size and a three-pair package including one pair each of three sizes in close proximity (e.g. S/MS/M). Fine adjustment is possible, for example, when the left and right ear sizes are different. The popular M size class in particular is available in six types of set products, mainly M and MS, to ensure that more users can obtain an optimum fit.
