Sela Majesty Stainless Steel Handpans are made from high quality stainless steel and are handcrafted and tuned by master handpan makers.

Stainless steel handpans have a longer sustain than nitrided ones. They are especially suitable for relaxed playing.

They are also very easy to clean. The shiny bronze color gives them a noble, high-quality and mysterious look.

Each model in the Majesty series comes with a handpan rope. It also serves to protect the edges of the handpan.

D Kurd tuning (fundamental frequency 440 Hz) is one of the most popular scales. The central note is D3, and the notes A3, Bb3, C4, D4, E4, F4, G4 and A4 are arranged around it. This model has four additional bass notes on the bottom: F3, G3, C5 and D5.

D Kurd can play a wide range of melodies, from bright, calm and meditative to melancholic, powerful and cheerful. The total range of 13 notes significantly expands the playing possibilities over the traditional D Kurd handpan without bass notes.

It comes with a durable nylon bag for comfortable travel. You can also carry it on your back using the shoulder strap. The outer pocket can hold accessories.
