Move is a portable, intuitive music production gadget that never misses your best idea. It comes with a set of sounds that you can use as soon as you get your hands on it, and it is designed so that you can immediately adopt what you think is good.

■Standalone operation
Its compact size, extensive sound library, rechargeable battery, built-in processor, speakers, and microphone make it easy to take and compose anywhere.

■Note mode
Create beats with the 16-pad layout for drumming and sequencing, or use the melodic layout to create melodies and chords in multiple octaves and dozens of keys and scales.

■Session mode
Use the pads to create, edit, and trigger clips so you can quickly combine ideas.

■4 flexible tracks
The four tracks can be used as drum kits, samplers, and synthesizers, and you can add up to two effects to each track.

■Sampling/Resampling
Use the built-in microphone, USB-C, or 3.5mm audio input to sample the sounds around you and use it to create new beats and melodies. Additionally, you can remix your own tracks by internally resampling the main output.

■""16 Pitches"" for drums
16 Pitches allows you to use the 4x4 pad grid on the right half to trigger selected drum sounds at different pitches and multiple octaves, allowing you to melodically play one-shot samples such as drums.

■Parameter automation
Tweak encoders to record dynamic changes in your sound in real time, or use step-by-step automation to sequence parameter changes.

■Step sequencer
With a step sequencer of up to 16 bars, you can program beats and notes, adjust timing with quantize and groove, add swing, edit velocity, nudge notes, and automate parameters for each step.

■Arpeggiator and repeat
Use Arpeggiator to play chords in isolation, or use Repeat to quickly trigger a series of notes/beats repeatedly with just a press of a pad.

■Capture
Even if you liked a performance but didn't record it, you can recall the previous performance by pressing the ""Capture"" button. This also works for parameter automation.

■Sound library and effects
・Instruments
Move includes the three instruments that come with Live (Drift, Wavetable, Drum Sampler) and the Melodic Sampler.
・Audio effects
You can add up to two effects to each track and the main track individually. You can choose from Reverb, Delay, Saturator, Chorus-Ensemble, Phaser-Flanger, Redux, Channel EQ, and Dynamics.
・Core library
Move comes with over 1500 sounds and presets, including drum hits, instrument racks, audio effects presets, one-shots, loops, and more, including content from BNYX, DECAP, L.Dre, Taka Perry, Sound Oracle, and more.

■Hardware functions
・32 pads with polyphonic aftertouch
Play chords, melodies, and beats, select and play samples, and launch clips with velocity-sensitive, backlit silicone pads. Polyphonic aftertouch lets you get a unique tone from each note you play.
・16 multi-function buttons
The 16 step buttons provide access to note and beat sequencing as well as secondary functions such as key/scale, quantize, groove, and tempo.
・9 touch-sensitive endless encoders
Fine-tune the sound of your instruments, effects, and samples using the high-resolution rotary encoders at the top. Useful controls are pre-mapped to the encoders, so each adjustment changes the sound in a way that's easy to understand.
・OLED screen and clickable wheel
Move's compact OLED display (128 x 64 pixels) and touch-sensitive, clickable wheel let you quickly browse sounds and effects, and change Move settings.
・Audio output and input
Use the 3.5 mm stereo jack to send audio to speakers, headphones, or sample from an external source.
・Built-in speaker and microphone
You can record sound using the built-in microphone, and the built-in speaker lets you compose without headphones or external speakers.
・Built-in Wi-Fi
Connect to Wi-Fi to transfer sets to Live via Ableton Cloud, and Move Manager lets you manage your sets and files, use Ableton Link, and get the latest software updates.
・Built-in processor
The Move's processor is a 1.5 GHz quad-core ARM Cortex-A72 with 2GB of RAM and a custom OS optimized for music production and performance.
・64GB internal storage
Move's 64GB internal SD card has plenty of space to store your own samples and sounds.

・Ableton Cloud
Save sets of Moves to Ableton Cloud and resume editing where you left off in Live or Note.
・Move Manager
Save sets of Moves to Ableton Cloud and resume editing where you left off in Live or Note.
・Ableton Link
By syncing multiple devices over your local network, you can avoid tedious setup and focus on making music.
・Control Ableton Live
Move is an integrated, compact and portable control surface perfect for Ableton Live. Launch clips, play melodies, sequence beats, adjust sounds, and more.
・USB-A port
Send and receive MIDI from class-compliant controllers, synthesizers, and other devices through Move's USB-A port.
・USB-C port
The USB-C port lets you charge, connect to your computer, control Live, and sample audio in Live.

*Please note that Move will only charge properly with a USB-C port that outputs 7.5W or higher.
