Using USB and the dedicated PC/MAC/UBUNTU app ""T.A.W. Editor"", you can save your favorite cabinets into 8 presets. You can send the signal directly from your guitar or pedal board to your PA or audio interface. If used as an amp DI between the amp and cabinet, you can send pure tube tone to the PA. Combined with Dummy Road, you can practice silently using headphones with your tube amp at home, or use the AUX input to jam along to your favorite backing tracks. MultiCab 4 allows you to do all of the above without navigating through complex menus and submenus. Easy plug-and-play setup lets you get the perfect setup in minutes. We used a mix of elements from both the analog and digital worlds to achieve the most realistic response possible. When developing MultiCab 4, we were conscious of not using IR technology. By doing so, we were able to create a unit that, when combined with a parallel analog audio path, minimizes latency to a maximum of 1.2ms, providing the most realistic and direct experience possible. MultiCab features 8 different virtual guitar cabinet presets inspired by legendary and iconic guitar amps and cabinets.
