AK HB1 is equipped with the Qualcomm CSR8675 Bluetooth chipset. It supports wireless transmission of high-resolution audio sources and has excellent connection stability. It supports a wide range of codecs, from the high-quality LDAC that supports 96kHz/24bit, to the aptX HD codec that stably supports 48kHz/24bit, and the most commonly used AAC and SBC.In addition, it is equipped with Bluetooth multipoint function, which allows you to connect to up to two devices at the same time. You can easily switch between connections with various mobile devices, and you can enjoy music on your tablet PC while receiving notifications and calls on your smartphone.

Supports native playback of PCM 384kHz/32bit and DSD256. It ensures compatibility with various high-resolution sound sources and provides premium sound that is faithful to the original sound unique to Astell&Kern. It also has an MQA 8X renderer function, so it can play MQA sound sources.
*To use the AK HB1 as a hardware MQA renderer, a software core decoder that supports MQA unfolding is required.
*To play high-bitrate high-resolution audio sources, separate music playback software may be required. In addition, if you are using it with a Windows PC, you will need to install the USB-DAC driver. Please refer to the support page.
