A major evolution of the ultra-high-performance delay pedal
The D1 MKII is a Hi-Fi, multifunctional, all-in-one delay pedal. Featuring six algorithms (Digital, Mod, Vintage, Dual, Reverse, and Grain), you can create inspired delay trails ranging from dreamy weirdness to rhythmic clarity to warm analog sounds.
■Features
・Six delay algorithms with the addition of the all-new ""GRAIN"" delay program
・Display display that allows users to control BPM
・Up to 128 presets
Redesigned dual mode (each channel can have its own tap split)
Add modulation to delay trails with 6 waveforms (sine, square, triangle, ramp, reverse ramp, and random).
- Easily adjust secondary controls and BPM and access presets on the navigation menu screen.
-OLED display for easy adjustment and preset management.
■PROGRAMS
Digital
The ""Digital"" delay program produces a clean, clear delay sound. For example, it is ideal for rhythm guitars that require high-resolution echoes.
Mod
The ""Mod"" delay program features unique multiple modulation LFOs applied to repeat sounds. LFOs move randomly at multiple rates, creating unpredictable pitch modulation. This program is sprinkled with a mysterious and unique atmosphere.
Vintage
The Vintage program applies a complex filter to the repeats to recreate the delay sound of analog tape. A low Tone setting produces a dark, filtered sound, and a high Tone setting produces a sound with a low frequency cut.
Dual
The ""Dual"" program plays two delays with different time divisions in parallel. If connected in mono, the two delays will be output together. If connected in stereo, one will be output from L and the other from R.
Reverse
The Reverse program reads the delay's memory in reverse, creating the unique repeating character known as a reverse delay.
Grain
The ""Grain"" program samples the input signal finely and randomly adds delay. You can adjust the pitch and spacing of grains, as well as the mix balance.
■PROGRAM CONTROLS
Each program can be fully customized to suit your taste and playing style using the left encoder knob. This knob controls six parameters: Depth, Rate, Shape, Age, Tone, and Spread. The right encoder knob adjusts BPM, Swell, and Tap Division. BPM can also be set via tap tempo switch or MIDI. Some programs have additional options.
■PRESETS
D1 MKII can store up to 128 onboard presets. Presets can be saved to a preset bank that can be accessed by tapping the bottom left and bottom center knobs simultaneously. Presets 0-9 are divided into banks A, B, and C. Select a bank in the preset menu. Bank A cycles through presets 0-2, bank B cycles through presets 3-5, and bank C cycles through presets 6-9. Presets 10-128 can be accessed manually or via MIDI.
■SPECS
・Power supply: 9VDC center negative (adapter only) 300mA minimum
