溝の仕上げが粗いです

溝無しを付けてたのですが、少し加工をミスったのもあって溝有りを買ったのですが、コレが結構な落とし穴で加工がめっちゃ粗いです。ARB-1のブリッジサドルって本家やゴトーは亜鉛でコイツはブラスでメッキしてあるのですが、溝がバリバリで１弦がビビりまくって磨き直しが必要でした。買ってから全溝を細かいペーパーで磨いた方が良いのですが、漏れなくメッキはハゲます。溝切った後にチェックしろよって話ですが海外サイトだと結構同じ目に合ってる人がたくさんいるみたいです。ネジ止めも含めとても良い製品だし、ネジ止めで音が硬くなるって意見もありますが、サドルが亜鉛でなくブラスなので僕は艶やかでそこまで硬いと思ったことは無いです。全体的に本家よりは良い出来ですが取り付け前に溝のチェックはした方が良いですね。
